The BlackBerry Pearl 8120 is a mini (and possibly smaller) version of the now famous Blackberry. it is made for emailing, but what else can it do?

BlackBerry Pearl 8120 Design

The Blackberry Pearl 8120 measures 107 x 50 x 14 mm and weighs just 91 grams. It is one of the smallest and lightest blackberry phones on the market, and doesnt look that bad either. Beneath the screen are a few call-related shortcuts and a very large circular NavPad.
Then you get the keypad, which is a full qwerty keyboard as well. The keyboard/pad has been designed with a wave-like look, which actually looks pretty good and makes the 8120 Pearl look more modern. You can pick the Blackberry 8120 up in black, blue or silver.

BlackBerry Pearl 8120 Music

There is a built-in music player, and this will support most popular music formats. Don’t expect too much from the player, but sound is of a decent quality. Internal memory is 64 mega bytes, but this can be increased with a MicroSD card.

The camera on the Blackberry Pearl 8120 has 2 mega pixels, flash and zoom. There is also a discreet little mirror for self-portraint pictures.

This is the main purpose of the Blackberry Pearl 8120 smartphone, that is, the applications. Mainly built for email it also has a document viewer (word, excel pdf), blackberry maps, and includes SureType Keyboard software. This software allows much faster typing and learns from your activity to better predict what it is you want to type.
Internet connection is great with EDGE, GPRS, and wifi. There is also bluetooth.
