The LG KC780 is a good looking slider phone from LG, with a great camera, and ok music player and applications.

LG KC780 Design

The LG KC 780 measures 107 x 52 x 14 mm and weighs just 119 grams. It looks great and comes in grey and black. The screen is a good 2.4 inches and just beneath are a few call-related keys and a nice large Navigational Pad. Slide the keypad out to reveal well-spaced keys with a slightly raised profile. In terms of slider phones, the LG KC780 really looks good and will give some Samsung phones a run for their money.

LG KC780 Music

There is a built-in music player and an FM Radio. All popular music formats are supported. Don’t expect a Walkman phone, but this aint a dud either. Internal memory is 140 mega bytes, but this can be increased to 8 GB using a MicroSD Card.

LG KC780 Camera

The camera is one of the main features of the LG KC780. It is an 8 mega pixel camera with Schneider Kreuznach Optics, Flash and autofocus. There is also Face Detection where the camera will automatically focus on faces in pictures. Although not feature packed, the camera is very high-quality, and the images produced are excellent.

LG KC780 Applications and Internet

There is no 3G, but the LG KC780 does have bluetooth, EDGE and GPRS and will support most internet formats. The standard applications can be found with the only features worth mentioning being the Document Viewer and the autorotate screen.

LG KC780 Summary

The LG KC780 is a strange phone from LG. It has the starts of an excellent phone with an  pixel camera, autorotate screen and excellent looks. But is then let down by the standard music player and poor applications and lack of 3G. If you are just looking for a looker, with an excellent camera, then this is worthwhile looking at, especially since it should be quite cheap/free on most deals.
