The LG Versa VX9600 is for all intensive purposes a trimmed down version of the LG Dare VX9700, or is it?

LG Versa VX9600 Design

The LG Versa VX9600 is a fairly chunky phone. A cool feature of the Versa LG is the clip on/off case. Far from being just a protective case (which is of course is), it also adds a complete QWERTY keyboard onto the Versa VX9600. That’s right, a fully removable QWERTY keyboard. This makes it much easier if you are a heavy texter, as touch screen phones are always a little awkward especially if you want to type super fast.

LG Versa VX9600 Camera

The camera on the VX9600 Versa has 2 mega pixels with flash and a full screen viewfinder. Some advanced camera features includes face detection (where the camera will automatically focus on faces), panorama mode, and auto focus. Pictures are crisp and clear.

LG Versa VX9600 Music

The music player will support most popular music formats, and has an FM Radio. Songs are chosen via a drop down menu, and the music player interface is slick and easy to use. Internal memory is set to 310MB, but this can be increased with a microSD card.

The Versa LG VX9600 is a really unique phone. The touch screen looks great. The interface is easy to use. Music player and camera are both decent. Then you get the clip on/off case that bolts a QWERTY keyboard onto it. Recomended, but only if you want to stand out.
