Nokia E75 Review

The Nokia E75 is one of the newer smart phones to come from Nokia. There is a decent camera and music player, but the true stars of the E75 Nokia are the vast applications, excellent internet connection and full qwerty keyboard.
Nokia E75 Design
The Nokia E75 is a rather large phone (like most smart phones) and measures 111.8 x 50 x 14.4 mm and weighs a chunky 139 grams. However, when you see what Nokia have crammed into it, you will be more forgiving. The screen is a large 2.4 inches and is crystal clear. Beneath the screen is a huge NavPad and a few call-related keys. Then you get the keypad with very well spaced out keys, all sitting on the same plane. Turn the Nokia E73 on its side and a full qwerty keyboard (with chiclet-like style keys) slides out. There are currently three colour options which are copper, silver and black. This is a pretty stylish looking smartphone in our opinion.
Nokia E75 Camera
The camera on the Nokia E75 has 3.2 mega pixels, a huge 8 times digital zoom, LED Flash and autofocus. There are also some rather advanced camera features such as red-eye reduction, various scene modes, capture modes and colour tone modes. Although the Nokia E75 is not a Cybershot phone like the Sony Ericsson C510 and Sony Ericsson C902i, the camera is above standard and will produce pictures of a very high quality.
Nokia E75 Music
There is a built-in music player with an FM Radio. It will support the popular music formats and internet radio, and Nokia’s Music Manager make it very easy storing and accessing your music. There is also a 3.5mm Nokia AV Connector. Internal memory is 50MB, but this can be increased using a MicroSD card.
Nokia E75 Applications and Internet
Applications is one of the places where the Nokia E75 shines. Apart from the more obvious and standard apps like the calendar, organiser, alarm etc., there are a ton of advanced features. These include a PDF Viewer, Zip manager, A GPS Navigation, Nokia Maps, and QuickOffice. The Nokia E75 is made for handling emails.
Internet is superb with EDGE, GPRS, 3G HSDPA, HSCSD and WLAN Wifi. There is also of course bluetooth.
Nokia E75 Summary
The Nokia E75 truelly does what it was created for, and does it well. That is, it will allow you to access and handle your email whereever and whenever. This is due to its vast array of applications and brilliant internet connection, as well as the full qwerty keyboard. However it also manages to do this while looking pretty good, and having a decent camera and music player.
Recommended.
