The Samsung S8300 Tocco, or rather the Samsung Tocco Ultra (as Samsung have called it) is a beautiful mobile phone that has been designed to excite and perform. The Samsung Tocco Slide is targetted towards the top end of the market and will be competing against other high-spec mobiles like the iphone, Nokia 5800 and Nokia N85.

Samsung S8300 Tocco Ultra Design

Well, what can we say about the design of the Samsung S8300 Touch. It looks absolutely amazing. Dimension-wise it is 110×51.5×12.7mm, which should in your palm quite easily. The main feature of the Samsung S8300 Slide is the large touch screen, which measures a massive 2.8 inches. As we mentioned above, the S8300 is a touch-screen phone. Samsung have also incorporated the accelerometer sensor for auto-rotation, which is proving to be a very popular smart phone feature. Although the Samsung Tocco S8300 is a touch screen phone, they also have a slide out keypad, which makes it a breeze to type sms’s and emails. For colours, they have chosen to go with platinum red/black.

Samsung S8300 Tocco Camera

The camera on the Samsung Tocco S8300 is an awesome 8mega pixels, with dual LED lamp, face detection, geo tagging, and face tagging. The versatile S8300 Touch is also great to use to shoot videos and playback on the large screen is perfect.

Samsung S8300 Tocco Music

There is of course a built in music player, that supports all the major music formats. There is a stereo FM radio, with RDS support and stereo bluetooth. There is 75 mb of internal memory and up to 32GB via a microSD card slot.

Samsung Tocco S8300 Applications and Internet

The Samsung Touch S8300 is chock-a-block of features. These include: GPS, online widget downloading, photo blogging, find music, customisable themes and fake call mode. Internet connection is fast and seemless, with full HTML and WAP browser support.

Samsung Tocco S8300 Summary

Overall the Samsung Tocco S8300 is a great top-end touch screen phone. Apart from good looks, the S 8300 also has excellent functionality and as supported well with a 8 mega pixel camera and powerful music player. Highly recommended.

according to mobile-review.com this phone has a lens of 2.6 mm (the C905 has 5.9 mm); their photos also show the limitations of this size.

I adore this phone, out of all the samsung i have had this is one a phone to get, its sleek quick and fast. The camera is outstanding i was having doubt about it when i brought it because of the look of the camera on the back, but it packs all the quality. The touch screen is the best i have had, and ive had 3. The widget system is smart and organised. Their are new apps on the tocco ultra then on the tocco f480, like fake a call and font types but you cann’t have themes thats the only bad side to it, but that doesn’t bother me. The price might be high but trust me, it worth every penny in my opinon. Good camera,Good touch screen,Good phone. Get it
